The Legendary Lloyd Allen may very well be Portland's oldest Blues Man. What's most surprising is you wouldn't believe he's 73 - he's still got what it takes to put on a show that will have you up and dancing! His unique voice and unexpected guitar rifts are what brings him back to the Waterfront Blues Fest (numerous times) and helped earned him a Muddy Award in 2005!
