7 Yoga Zones & Classes
After Session Reception from 8pm-9pm
Shuttles to and from the Sculptured House from Genesee (20 miles West on I-70 from Denver)
Professional Yoga instruction by various celebrity Yogis from noon until 7pm.

OTHER DETAILS AND ADVISE

MATS
The 5,000 square foot flagstone outdoor patio will be the main yoga zone. Bring an Indian blanket and extra thick yoga mat as there are some slightly uneven spots and cracks between the flagstones.
FOOD
The buffet will consist of simple grilled chicken and vegetables. Some pastas and other carbs will also be available. Also, there will be one grill dedicated to vegetarian food items as well. If you have very special dietary needs or concerns, please pack your own food. Non-Alcoholic beverages and water will be available all day.
SHOWERS
Water at The Sculptured House comes from a well, so there is not enough water to allow for all participants to take showers during or after the event. However, we are selling 10 $200 tickets to participants who would like access to the two private showers available for use. We should have enough water for that.
BREAKS
You dont have to do yoga for 7 hours straight. To create breaks there will be guided hikes of Genesee Park, tours of the home and both indoor and outdoor seating to relax and eat and hydrate
SCHEDULE
Each Yoga Zone will have a revolving schedule of instructors and disciplines. Classes will be 1 hour long. No bikram yoga will be practiced...unless it's really hot outside.

WHO

Kevin Joseph of Event Savant, LLC

Kevin developed this event in association with L.A.F. To his knowledge, this is the first and only event of it's kind in America. Like most of us, Kevin has seen his friends and family fight cancer. He believes strongly in helping those near and far from him to fight and win their battles with cancer. "I don't know that we'll ever cure cancer, but I do know that many of those who fight it need as much help as they can get. I want to help those who help cancer patients to overcome it. As a novice yogi, I believe in the power of yoga to prevent disease and strengthen mind, body and spirit. "
