Event description: In 2010, we added a second day to our weekend event plus the addition of a 10K. The response was so positive, we decided to do it again in 2011. Join us on Saturday, August 20 for a 5K or 10K run/walk. Choose chip-timing or enjoy it as a warm-up before the ride. On Sunday, August 21 choose from a multi-distance bike ride ranging from 10–100 miles into the Pennsylvania countryside. Both events will be followed by a post-event party and health and wellness expo.
