Friday, August 21st: Live Music - "Mostly Monk" The Adrian Gormley Ensemble will be performing tunes mostly by the genius of modern music Thelonius Monk. Adrian has performed in many venues around the San Francisco area since the mid 90's, playing bebop and straight ahead jazz. Lately he has developed a keen interest in the tunes of Monk with their beguiling syncopations and not so ordinary cadences. Monk songs are FUN for neophytes and veteran jazz lovers alike. Show at 8pm.
