"Live Longer and Stronger" Community Health Fair September 14, 2008

The Silver Spring Shores SDA Church, Health & Community Services Department invites you to our First Community Health Fair “Live Stronger and Longer.” This kick-off event will introduce our Health Awareness Programs provided to the community.

Our purpose is to provide the community with free Health education and prevention services to help them access primary care networks in the Marion County community. These programs will incorporate preventive health education, seminars, healthy eating, self-care and safety classes, monthly health screenings, along with family life and stress management. Join our mission and purpose to help you reach optimal wellness.
