Live Investment Tour with Training - Real Estate Drive By February 27, 2009

We will meet at 11:45 at the Doubletree to tour two Real Estate Deals.

One was a property where we will discuss how 6 people put their resources together to split 120K profit on this deal using foreclosure, short-sale, capital raising and other strategies.

The other is a rehab project with a duplex and subdivision. This was a lose-lose deal turned into a win-win deal where some students and mentors teamed up with some very creative partnership strategies with the seller, the bank and private capital. This is an extraordinary deal with truly creative strategies and we will walk you through the entire process. One partner appears to be turning an 80K loss into a 40K profit while the other could stand to keep a remodeled duplex free and clear.
