You’ll start at Betto, where you’ll meet Chef Shaunna Sargent while you enjoy a cocktail and some snacks. You’ll learn what sets Betto apart from the rest of the family in terms of design, menu and wine. Afterwards you’ll be driven to ‘inoteca LES, which kicked off NYC’s small plate craze almost a decade ago. Jason will chat about what inspired ‘inoteca’s original menu over the extensive cheese list, wine and conversation.

Next stop, Jason’s baby — the intimate and original ‘ino. You’ll sit down with Jason around a table of brushcetta and prosecco as he regales you with the wonderful story of how and why he first opened the panini bar in 1998 (the first in the US). You’ll end the night a short walk away with dessert wine and affogato at corsino, The ‘ino Group’s West Village trattoria.
