This Durham, North Carolina trio makes music that brilliantly splits the line between art and commercialism, all while maintaining a fun-loving hip hop purist stance. They have played 7 ot 8 shows so far but the three hairy (and one not so) English men (who all met in New York fookin' City) who make up BLACK MILK are already creating a buzz amongst the beautiful (and not so) people with their riot inducing Motorhead meets Motown sound. Evidence plays rock from the '60s and '70s as well as folk rock.
