Lisa’s Weekend Detox Program March 12, 2010

The following program consist of :
Friday evening stars at 6:00pm -8:30pm,We will serve dinner and a health intake has to be completed before you leave. For those of you who are on medication please contact your Doctor and asked which fruit , vegetable and herbs you are allowed to eat and the ones you can not eat so there is no problems with your medication. We will prepare separate food for those who have problems.
Saturday &Sunday will start at 8:30AM and ends early dinner both days.
Foods will consist of blended foods ,ph water, juice, soup , salad and tea. Exercise : walking in the morning half an hour and in the evening. Light exercise, Yoga stretching, trampoline, meditation, breathing, skin brushing, and a class on how to chew your food during lunch.

2)Your colon and your health- Questions and answers, group discussion
3)Vitamin D3 , Questions and answers, group discussion
4)Vitamin C ,Questions and answers, group discussion,
5)Probiotics , Questions and answers, group discussion,
6)Do you know where your food comes from? Questions and answers, group discussion,
7)Group Work Shop –The relationship between your food and your family.
Please bring the following: wash cloth, hand towel, full towel, pillow and blanket, extra socks and change of clothes. A pan and a pad is a must.
This program is a $450 program and I am giving a deep discount for two reasons:1)To help detox and cleanse your body.2) and help support a life change so I may help you to continue with the program for another two weeks .I will be making a menu with a discounted price list with fresh prepared package food that you can choose for breakfast , lunch and dinner so you don’t have to worry about not be able to continue your detox.
