Lisa Haley & the Zydekats perform a world-class show of traditional and contemporary Americana/Cajun/Zydeco music straight from the bayous and swamps of Louisiana. Their distinctive sound embraces the multi-faceted genres of New Orleans' music, including its French, Irish Celtic, Blues and Jazz roots. Lisa, a fourth-generation fiddler and descendant of Francis Scott Key and F. Scott Fitzgerald, has toured in more than 20 countries and the US, performing up to 150 days a year to millions of fans in concerts and festivals, films, TV, commercials, radio and educational shows worldwide. The band’s Grammy nominated album King Cake hit #15 on the Billboard World chart and has helped bring progressive Louisiana music to a worldwide audience while spreading their infectious "Zydecosis" to all ages.
