Lambic is a very distinctive type of beer brewed only in the Pajottenland region of Belgium (southwest of Brussels) and in Brussels itself at the Cantillon Brewery and museum. Lambic is now mainly consumed after refermentation. The lambic that we will taste will be traditional fruit lambics. These are made by adding fruit to the beer causing a secondary fermentation. There are many variations, but the lambics that we will taste include raspberry, peach, sour cherry, and apple. This will be a free event at Da Kine Wine in Kapaa. We are located at Waipouli Complex across from the Chevron gas station. For more information please contact us at (808) 822-114 or sales@dakinewine.com
