An eerie voicemail left at the wrong number in May 2008 (featured on the first track, Someone) sparked the story for the project now called Lila Bloom, which focuses on a lover looking back on the inception, growth, and demise of a relationship. An operetta of sorts featuring haunting yet sultry vocals by the part of the female lover, and equally stinging guitar licks by the part of the male lover, Lila Bloom has a sound all its own.
