Originally part of the late Notorious B.I.G.'s rap collective, Junior M.A.F.I.A., Lil' Kim's talent was showcased on singles 'Player's Anthem' and 'Get Money.' Her thugged-out Betty Boop delivery on those tracks helped propel Junior M.A.F.I.A.'s 1995 album, 'Conspiracy,' into the top ten on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Lil' Kim launched a solo career in 1996 with the release of her first record, 'Hard Core.' The debut album became a hit, debuting at number 11 on the pop charts and featured singles 'No Time' and 'Crush on You.' Kim's follow-up albums include the platinum plus-selling 'Notorious K.I.M.,' 'La Bella Mafia' featuring the singles 'The Jump Off' and 'Magic Stick,' 'The Naked Truth' and the most recent 'Ms. G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time).' Lil' Kim received her first Grammy award for the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for her collaborative efforts with Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya and Missy Elliot for the remake of 'Lady Marmalade' for the 'Moulin Rouge' soundtrack. In 2009, Lil' Kim appeared on ABC's 'Dancing With the Stars,' lasting nine weeks in competition.
