Light of Day: Clear Realism by Joe Remillard August 23, 2011

In recognition of KSU Professor of Painting Joe Remillard’s receipt of the KSU Foundation Prize for Scholarship, hiw works will be featured in Light of Day, an exhibition of light-filled scenes of contemporary life. Representing that part of contemporary realism that presents the world with an unambiguous clarity, Remillard’s belief that life is incredibly beautiful, precious and fleeting is seen through his art as he attempts to freeze time.
