We keep our camps small so we can really get to know you and coach you to success. You'll not only get two amazing workouts each week, but you'll also get email support and nutrition information from your coaches. Whether you're an athlete looking for some cross training, or an exercise newbie looking for some direction, this camp will work for you. We scale the workout to fit your fitness level.
Our workouts are structured around a unique cardio/strength circuit that blasts calories. It's a strength workout! It's a core workout! It's a cardio workout----and no two workouts are ever exactly the same!
