You are cordially invitied to join us for a deliciously appetizing evening. With the opportunity to mingle among new friends. The Lifeline Catering Cafe will feature a all you can enjoy Taco Bar Fiesta for this evening festivities. You may also bring your own wine or favorite beverage to share with other event attendees if you so choose.

Event Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2009 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with extended hours if necessary.

Taco Bar Fiesta will be catered by Chef Irvin, Chef Brogna, & Chef Kini with special guest Juliette & Janette.

Taco Bar Fiesta Menu will include:

Chicken Fajitas

Beef Fajitas

Slow Cooked Pork Carnitas

Fish Tacos

Southwestern Fiesta Rice

Frijoles Charros

Fresh Herb Bar

Salsa Bar

Guacamole

Queso Fundido

with Side Toppings including: Sour Cream, Lime Wedges, Lemon Wedges, Tabasco Sauces, Shredded Lettuce, White Onions, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Radishes, Bell Pepper Strips, Soft, Corn, & Hard Shell Tacos.

Dessert will consist of homemade Cheesecakes & Our World Famous Yo, Yo Cookies!
