Life Coaching Group for Mothers February 6, 2009

Group meets the first Friday of the Month.
Meet with other mothers and learn how to live optimally by rejuvenating, re-balancing your life and re-connecting with who you are. Group is based on the book, The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal by Renee Trudeau. Small group discussion and activities.
