Vista explores the ways that methods of viewing and observation determine the assessment and evaluation of an object or scene. The works in the exhibition, including that of Canadian Lief Low-Beer, will employ visual alignment, perspective, and the framing of a point of view to dictate perception. Located along the East River, the Socrates Sculpture Park provides an outstanding view of Manhattan: it is an exceptional canvas for artistic talent.
