Library Tasting Sundays at Adelaida Cellars August 10, 2008

“The Wine Dean” Tony Hermann conducts a series of sit-down educational wine tastings with tapas-style food pairings, comparing six selections (older vintages and current releases) plus a bonus mystery wine. Limited to 18 guests, the casual discussions focus on the winemaking techniques and flavor-profile evolutions of Adelaida’s finest vineyard designated wines. Reservations required.
