I hope that you discuss feedback/usage of Web 2.0-based services, and which are worth the bother, which not. Also, I'd like to see the following addressed, big-time: Communication between IT and KM communities. In plain English, how librarians and techies communicate, even though most librarians today are fairly computer literate. A third possibility is to hear about what I'm involved, electronic reserves, copyright, communication with faculty, useful listservs, and defunct ones.
