About your master class leader: Robyn Tweedale, University of Southern Queensland

Currently, Robyn Tweedale is the Principal Manager, Information Services at University of Southern Queensland Library. Robyn moved to USQ Toowoomba in 2005, to take up the position of the Information Literacy Coordinator, and has since taken on additional responsibilities to manage all aspects of library services development and delivery at USQ. Previously, Robyn worked for sixteen years for QUT Library in Brisbane, as a liaison librarian, reference services manager, lending services manager and project manager.

In 2001/2002, Robyn was joint project manager for developing the online tutorial for QUT Library called Pilot: an information skills tutorial. In 2004, Robyn was the project manager for the AIRS Online project for QUT Library, leading a team to design and develop this innovative research skills online tutorial. Since moving to USQ, Robyn has continued to be involved in e-learning initiatives for USQ Library, leading the implementation of the Library's Finding Information Tutorial and driving the adoption of technologies such as Adobe Breeze and Adobe Captivate for creating subject-specific online resources, a wiki to enhance information literacy teaching in Engineering, and podcasting of information literacy tutorials in Business.
