Liberty Trail 9/12 Event September 12, 2009

What is the Liberty Trail event?
It is a non-partisan coalition event conceived to create as much public awareness as possible of conservative ideals and values through the messages of the participating groups.

It is an event for those who wish they could go to Washington DC for the 9-12 March on Washington but for whatever circumstances, can't make the trip. The spirit of this event is intended to parallel that of the Washington event, and to be a "sister" event of that one.

It is an event to rekindle awareness of the freedoms all Americans as guaranteed by the Constitution.

It is a peaceful event of unity to share with, and to educate the inquiring public, the concepts of fair taxation, responsible spending, and the protection of the free enterprise system and conservative values.

The primary sponsor, Illinois Tea Party Patriots, cordially invites other conservative groups to participate in this event.
