Who: The Liberty Alliance Management Board invites you to attend “Liberty 2.0,” a free public, interactive and educational event for developers, enterprises and governments where the “whys” and “hows” of convergence in the identity sector will be addressed. Liberty 2.0 will demonstrate the business and consumer benefits of industry-wide convergence of identity standards and initiatives.
What: Liberty 2.0 brings together identity experts from Intel, Nokia, Oracle, Project Higgins and Sun Microsystems to examine where current identity management solutions such as federation, user-centric identity, Web services, SOAs, social networking, open source identity and Web 2.0 applications cross paths and the interoperability, security and privacy benefits of industry-wide convergence.
