Attorney James Gilliam is Deputy Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California. He will talk and answer questions about LGBT Law, and how legal issues like California Proposition 8, "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" in the US military, and the federal "Defense Of Marriage Act" do not just affect lesbian women, gay men, bisexual and transgender people, but have profound effects on the lives of their "straight" friends and families too.
