Lex Informatica is an annual conference organized by the Vienna Core Group. The first one was organized in Vienna in 2007. In 2008 the conference location was Prague.
Lex Informatica 2009 will be held in Budapest at 22-23 July, 2009. The Conference focuses on e-government issues and on the role of the ICT law in legal education. The main object of the conference to strengthen the cooperation of the organization partners from the so called Visegrad countries and from Austria. The conference gives the unique possibility also to the audience to discuss and to get the newest information about e-government issues and teaching methods of ICT law in the Visegrad countries and in Austria.
The Conference this year is mainly sponzored by the International Visegrad Fund. Other sponzors are the student union of the University of Pécs, Faculty of Law, the WBS Rendszerház Kft. and Jogiforum.hu
