The Levitt Pavilion Pasadena, located in Memorial Park in old Pasadena, will kick off its 10th annual Music Festival (Wednesdays – Sundays June 17- August 26) at Make Music Pasadena on June 16 with the futuristic funk sounds of Dam Funk. Featuring Grammy-winners and world-renowned artists, the Levitt summer season attracts over 60,000 attendees each year. Concerts are offered free of charge on lush lawns with open seating, creating an intimate, relaxed, and accessible atmosphere in which to enjoy top quality artists under the stars.
Children’s Wednesday nights festival begins at 5:00 pm and music begins at 7:00 pm; Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights festival begins at 6:00 pm/music begins at 8:00 pm; Sunday nights festival begins at 5:00 pm/music begins at 7:00 pm. There will be no performances July 4. The pavilion is an outdoor park venue, located at Memorial Park on Raymond Ave. between Walnut and Holly in Old Pasadena, with picnic style seating. All concerts are FREE and open to the public. There will be a food court each night presented by Chefs Center of California, featuring artisanal foods from local, independent food-based businesses. There will also be a variety of vendors, nonprofit partner booths, pre-concert performances, and other activities. Concertgoers are also welcome to bring their own food.
