About the Presenter
Jill McGillen, owner of NEXT TURN, worked in a senior manager role for 15 years at a Fortune 500 company. During this period she learned the importance of a manager's influence and teamwork. Now as owner of NEXT TURN, it is her mission to help managers discover and utilize new strengths to build productive and satisfied workforces. NEXT TURNS's training and consulting organization works in the areas of Effective Leadership and Team-Building. From 2003-2008 Ms. McGillen wrote a work advice column, Ask Jill, for many Bay Area newspapers including the Oakland Tribune. The column now appears online and helps readers solve work issues.
