This class will be your last opportunity to prepare for the current LEED NC-v 2.2 exam before

the USGBC changes to a new exam and new LEED accreditation format

Why should I take the current LEED NC v2.2 Exam NOW?

1. New version of the exam will be phased in sometime in 2009

2. New version will be more difficult with an expected pass rate of 20%, compared to current at 34%

3. New version will require taking two (2) exams to become a LEED AP, Green Associate and LEED AP+

4. New version will cost $450 (USGBC member cost) for both exams; current cost $300 (USGBC member cost), only 1 exam required

5. New version will require an Application Fee of $150 for both, NO App FEES now

6. New version will require proof of LEED Project Participation Experience, NO such requirements now

7. New version will require employ in a sustainable field or enrolled in a green bldg and LEED ed program

8. 100% of those receiving LEED NC v2.2 education and exam preparation from Metro CD Engineering have passed

9. The deadline to register for a current NC 2.2 exam is at 11:59pm on March 31, 2009

10. The exam can be scheduled for available times in April at the Prometrics testing site in Worthington

11. We recommend registering for an exam date when you register for this class, at the www.gbci.org site
