Lecture Series: Intelligent Design Meets the First Amendment September 28, 2010

Attorney-at-Law Eric Rothschild was lead counsel of a team of lawyers who successfully represented 11 parents in Kitzmiller vs. Dover Area School District, the first case challenging the constitutionality of teaching "intelligent design" in public school science classes. During this presentation Rothschild describes the history of the intelligent design movement and the evidence and arguments that persuaded the Court in its decision.
