Edward Mitchell is an assistant professor at the School of Architecture at Yale University, where he coordinates post-professional and graduate studios in urbanism and architectural design. Prior to his time at Yale, he taught at Columbia University, Pratt Institute, the Illinois Institute of Technology, and the Hochschule Wismar in Germany. His award-winning design practice has been recognized by the Architectural League of New York and the Boston Society of Architects. He has exhibited his work extensively in Chicago, Germany, Rome, New York, New Haven, Washington, and Los Angeles, and he has lectured in the United States, Canada, Germany, and Finland.
