Learn to cook this April through these two new courses offered by UNM Continuing Education: Do Ahead Appetizers [03291] Tuesday, April 7 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Classic Italian with Pizaazz [03294] Tuesday, April 14 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Learn easy to prepare appetizers that can all be made hours in advance and require little last minute preparation. Also, have fun learning how to prepare classic Italian dishes to impress.
