Executive Chef Victor Albisu of BLT Steak DC is teaching the art of barbecuing at this month’s South American Asado Class. Part of the restaurant’s ongoing monthly cooking class series, this in-depth class will feature lively instruction from Chef Albisu on how to prepare exotic and delicious barbecue from South America. Aspiring cooks will learn a host of chef’s tips and tricks. Following the class, guests will enjoy a filling four-course lunch of dishes demonstrated during the class. The class will be held on Saturday, July 16 from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at BLT Steak. The cost per class is $100 per person and includes the class and four-course lunch.
