UNM Continuing Education is offering a course on Integrating Project Management: Principles and Practices, from March 22, 2010-May 10, 2010 on Mondays from 5:30-8:30pm. Learn to integrate project management principles into existing corporate systems. Understand project stakeholders and their differing needs. Separate ongoing operational processes within an organization from project management processes. Incorporate project scope, time, and cost management into overall planning and execution processes. Set up a project management office and establish quality and risk assessment as an integral part of the organization’s decision-making process. Tuition is $839.
