The Women’s Board of NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) Skokie Hospital proudly presents “Why Can’t I Sleep? Learn How Adults and Teens Can Get the Rest They Really Need,” an informative presentation led by Dr. Thomas Freedom, Director of the NorthShore Sleep Program, and Dr. Krisztina Harsanyi, board certified neurologist with special qualifications in Child Neurology and Sleep Medicine. Members and friends of The Women’s Board, as well as parents and students from Niles West High School, are invited attend this educational event which will address common sleep problems individuals experience, as well as offer helpful tips on how to achieve a good night’s sleep. Supported by the latest leading-edge research at NorthShore, the presentation will inform guests of all ages on what it really means to be well rested.

The Women’s Board of NorthShore Skokie Hospital was established in 2000 and joined NorthShore Foundation’s Auxiliaries following NorthShore’s acquisition of Skokie Hospital on January 1, 2009. The Board sponsors community health and wellness programs and screenings for the communities served by NorthShore Skokie Hospital.
