NJYP joins forces with Advanced Fitness Concepts for 90 min “Learn-by-doing” seminar where you will combine bodyweight exercises and simple fitness tools to produce challenging, effective workouts that can be done ANYWHERE – no gym required! Learn how to mix daily movements into a fantastic calorie burning, strength building routine that also improves cardiovascular fitness and flexibility!
This seminar is a combination of: lecture, demonstration, and participation. It is not an aerobics or “bootcamp” style class.
Cost:
No cost but you MUST RSVP as a YES to get on the limited guest list. Only Members of NJYP may attend.
