This seminar combines the Leading Through Change course work with a workshop on Communications Skills, one of the primary components in the MTo Method. The course work demystifies the life-cycle of a change, focuses on understanding the role of a leader through that life-cycle, and the workshop highlights how the MTo Method helps to guide a change to successful completion.
This seminar is suitable for those individuals who have found themselves thrust in the front line of change, acting as change agents, architects, and others who have been called upon to become leaders within their organizations.
