Use self assessments to determine their own styles in terms of leadership, power and conflict.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the nature of change and conflict and apply a number of models and strategies for managing and leading change and conflict.
Define the major Emotional Intelligence (EI) competencies underlying effective leadership.
Examine the implications of the Meirc research about the ingredients of managerial success in the Arab World.
Understand the significance of self development in the leadership process.
