Objectives:
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

•Examine the highlights of major leadership research.

•Use self assessments to determine their own styles in terms of leadership and power.

•Demonstrate a clear understanding of the nature of change and apply a number of models and strategies for managing and leading change.
•Define the major Emotional Intelligence (EI) competencies underlying effective leadership

•Examine the implications of the Meirc research about the ingredients of managerial success in the Arab World.
