'Leadership for Success for Young Enterprises' July 14, 2008

In the excitement surrounding the launch of a new company, many entrepreneurs overlook the dimension of human dynamics between the founders. For example, one of the hardest thing for founders to talk about is the division and assignment of authority. Yet it's also one of the most important. And strong, competent leadership by those who hold authority is necessary if the company is to grow and prosper. Our speaker will be Dr. Peter Newton, of Peter Newton and Associates, who, through a series of case vignettes, will highlight fundamental leadership principles as they apply specifically to new enterprises.
