TPMC Leadership Effectiveness Workshop

3 days TPMC Leadership Effectiveness Workshop sharpens critical leadership skills and shapes leadership behaviors that will enable participants to Lead from the front and work through people effectively in organization to achieve shared objectives. As a result, participant will be able to fast track leadership career growth and make positive impact in their organizations.

This 3 day Leadership Effectiveness Workshop - an experiential learning program - will enable participants to enlarge the circle of influence and create shared vision, learn effective ways of connecting and engaging people to shared goals, and apply improved leadership skills and enhanced leadership versatility to maximize their leadership impact in their respective organizations.

During the 3 day Leadership Effectiveness Workshop participants and the facilitator work together through stimulating group activities in a non-threatening learning environment that will challenge participants to question their assumptions; encourage participants to test their ideas; facilitate participants to tryout new approaches and styles that improve versatility; gain hands-on experience to inculcate and sharpen skills; aid participants to measure one's own effectiveness and relevance of their leadership, and take course correction to enhance leadership effectiveness.

What Participants will learn during the Leadership Effectiveness workshop?
1) Understand the 7 dynamic factors that influence leadership priorities and empower participants to exercise leadership choice that are concurrent with strategic objectives.
2) Evaluate the relevance of current priorities and identify important new priorities in view of changing trends, organizational needs, and shared vision.
3) Build strong leadership foundation that gives an edge to exercise 4 sources of influence that will increase the circle of influence to realize shared vision.
4) Enhance leadership versatility to practice 7 leadership approaches and leadership styles that enrich the way leaders work through people in organizations.
5) Learn the art and science of challenging and empowering people to become peak performers and engaging them effectively towards achieving shared objectives.
6) Build a mental framework for understanding and measuring leadership impact and devise a workable course correction for achieving shared objectives through people.
