Delineator, thanks for pointing this out. I've clarified with the venue and this is correct. Due to the out of hours nature of the event venue security need a list of names at least 1 day in advance. So be sure to register via Howard Gerlis (howard . gerlis @ bcs . org . uk) who will pass a list on to security.
