LB Steak in Santana Row Hosts the Spring Edition of the “Chicks Dig It” Speaker Series June 5, 2011

LB Steak in Santana Row in San Jose has announced that it will be hosting the spring edition of the “Chicks Dig It” speaker series on Sunday, June 5 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The presentation is titled “Chicks Sip It” and the guest speaker will be Shelly Eichner, Director of National Sales for Swanson Vineyards located in the Napa Valley in Rutherford, California.

Guests (men and women) are invited to enjoy a food and wine tasting along with the presentation for $20.00 per person or $35.00 for two people. Advance tickets, which are recommended, can be obtained by calling (408) 244-1180. Seats are limited.

LB Steak Chef Ryan Ellison will pair the wines sampled with cheeses, chocolate truffles, and more.

The “Chicks Dig It” speaker series has been designed to celebrate and empower women working in a variety of food, beverage and dining related industries.
