Visit Nelson Gardens during Lavender Days Garden Party to enjoy fresh lavender crafts, lavender lemonade or lavender ice tea. Visit the Hummingbird Patio for a spectacular aerial show from the local hummingbirds. Walk the herb gardens that are enjoyed by butterflies, dragonflies, and hummingbirds. Watch the wild life and birds on the side of Nelson Hill. Beautiful drive to the country and rest in the shade of the old oak trees. Plenty of shade and rest areas. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy.
