Laura has a stage presence, sweet voice and playing style, whether on clawhammer banjo, autoharp or guitar, that few can match. Laura has also been featured at The Museum of Appalachia, The Smithsonian Folklife Festival and Merlefest. Josh Goforth is an outstanding musician, acclaimed fiddler, guitar picker and mandolin player. In 2000 and 2003 and 2005, he was named Fiddler of the Festival at the legendary Fiddler’s Grove competition.
