Most Portland Public Schools end the '08-'09 school year on Wednesday, June 10th. We provide families with a fun, healthful option with our Last Week of School Movement Arts Camp For Kids!

Thursday June 11th & Friday June 12th 2009

8:30AM-4:30PM Daily

Well staffed, and run by highly qualified teachers, the focus of our camps is to provide quality instruction that serves to inspire healthy habits and discipline among young people of varied backgrounds and ages. While the focus lies primarily on Kung Fu, we also expose students to various outside art forms through daily guest instruction in such movement arts as Yoga, and Archery.

Kids learn about martial arts through integrated movement and lifeskills curriculum, read-alouds, service projects, etiquette exercises, craft, cooking, and gardening activities. Our camps are developmentally appropriate for, and open to enrollment of children ages 6-13. Listed in Willamette Week's “Best of Portland” edition, our Camps offers students the unique opportunity of an authentic day-long Martial Arts experience. We encourage families to contact us if they are new to our camps, and ask that they speak with their children to insure that they are enthusiastic about attending.
