Make this potluck/sing-a-long concert a monthly tradition for the whole family! Notable artists from all over the Pacific Northwest will bring their talents to the intimate setting of the Commons, allowing you, our community, the unique opportunity to enjoy music and poetry in what feels like an ‘extended living room’.
February’s featured artists are:
Suzanne Tufan: an intricate lyricist and powerful singer that will melt your heart with ballads of local love and life.
Jesse Noll: first-rate delta-blues from a young man who has already learned it by livin’ it. Incredible stuff to be heard from Noll, who is new to Portland town!
Ben Michel: older than his years, a terrific balladeer deeply enmeshed in the web of folk music and local community.
All-ages, All folks welcome! Donations only. It’s a potluck, so bring some food if you can to share. Eating and drinking will begin at 6:30pm, music and storytelling will then proceed from 7pm until 8:30 or 9.
