Lakeside Market July 8, 2009

This Wednesday, our Highlighted vendor is Mr. Tom Winston. Mr. Winston is with Community Produce, located in Hanover County on the same family farm he grew up on . He is a third generation farmer and has been offering his produce directly to the customer, and also works in association with other farmers in promoting Hanover products through Lakeside Farmers' Market. You can find Mr. Winston at our Wednesday and Saturday Market and right now he provides Fresh Hanover-grown produce, including Hanover tomatoes.

Lakeside Farmers' Market is located at 6110 Lakeside Ave. at Lakeside Towne Center in the parking lot beside CVS. (One block South of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden) The market is open at 8AMtil Noon and 3PM til 7PM. Most AM vendors stay the entire day and some PM vendors arrive early and both will offer produce to the lunch crowd during the off periods.
