With their roots set on the Sunset Strip, L.A. Guns has become a staple of 80’s glam and sleaze-rock. With a deep catalog of hair metal classics like “Ballad of Jayne,” “Never Enough,” “Sex Action,” and “Over the Edge,” L.A. Guns has solidified their position as true legends of Hollywood.

In 1987, the band was signed to Polygram Records following their formation in ‘86. With their self-titled album L.A. Guns the band arrived on the scene in quite a fashion. The album sold over 750,000 copies and kick-started the band into numerous world tours with Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, and AC/DC.

In the following year, L.A. Guns went back into the studio to record their sophomore album, Cocked and Loaded, which skyrocketed on the charts and sold over 1,000,000 records, garnering the band its first platinum album.

Eager to get back to recording, the band released Hollywood Vampires in 1990, selling another 700,000 records and establishing L.A. Guns as one of the genre’s most talented bands. Since their third studio album, the band’s original members have branched out on solo and other outside projects. L.A. Guns continued on, recording albums in ’94, ’96, ’99, and ’01.

In 2002 and 2005, Waking the Dead and Tales from the Strip were released, respectively. Veteran music producer Andy Johns (Led Zeppelin) was brought on for both albums, and received rave reviews. Strip was considered one of the decade’s best hard-rock albums.

The band will be releasing their latest album, Hollywood Forever on June 5th on Cleopatra Records. The band once again brought in veteran Andy Johns to produce the album.

L.A. Guns, with originals Phil Lewis and Steve Riley along with Stacey Blades and Scott Griffin, continue to tour the country and the globe. With 25-years worth of material, L.A. Guns has proved to be true warriors of the 80’s genre and look forward to recording more albums and building upon their legacy.

A new full length album "Comes With the Territory" was recorded in the fall of 2012 by Chuck Macak at Electrowerks Music Production and released on November 27 to worldwide positive reviews. A December 2012 Southwest tour of 13 shows in 16 days was booked in support inclusive of the Viper Room in Los Angeles and sold out shows in Albuquerque, NM & Denver, CO.

HËSSLER has shared the stage with: W.A.S.P., Cinderella, Steel Panther, U.F.O., Loudness, Sebastian Bach, Dokken, Skid Row, Warrant, Lizzy Borden, Blaze Bayley (Iron Maiden), Gilby Clarke (Guns N Roses), Sister Sin, The Last Vegas, All That Remains, Otep, Obsession (featuring Mike Vescera), Bang Tango, Enuff Z Nuff, Trixter and performed at SXSW 2012, Rocklahoma 2012, playing right before Slash, as well as Summerfest 2012 in Milwaukee (the biggest music festival in the world)."
