This series of three cooking classes is taught by San Francisco’s renowned private chef, the Florentine Corrado Sani, and Italian food expert and former caterer Viola Buitoni, a native of Perugia. The theme of the series is La Cucina d’Inverno (Italian Winter Cooking), with a different regional emphasis for each class.
