L.A.’s Favorite Winery San Antonio Winery to Hold “A Summer Tequila Tasting” June 19, 2009

San Antonio Winery, Southern California’s most awarded Winery, invites all wine lovers to join
them at “A Summer Tequila Tasting” Seminar on June 19, 2009.

Among the tequilas to be sampled are*:

• 7 Lenguas Blanco

• Patron Silver

• Don Julio Reposado

• 7 Lenguas Anejo

• Jose Cuervo Anejo Reserva de La Familia

• 1921 Crema de Tequila

Among the wines to be sampled are*:

• L.A. Cetto Zinfandel 2003, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California
• L.A. Cetto Nebbiolo 2003, Private Reserve Valle de Guadalupe,
Baja California

These fine tequilas and wines will be served with fresh corn and passilla custard with corn shoots and grilled cactus; Mazatlan red snapper, ceviche with micro cilantro, cucumber, tomato and scallions; smoked panella cheese and farmers market Heirloom tomatoes with lime infused olive oil; fried avocado and cilantro with cabbage salad; grilled marinated tenderloin of beef and Weisser farm potatoes with blue cheese tarragon sauce; and for dessert, cinnamon churros with bitter chocolate sauce.
